Credits and plans

What counts as a credit on the gateway, what is always free, and how the Free, Pro and Scale plans compare.

Last updated Sep 12, 2026

One credit is one tool call the gateway routes to a connected service, like your issue tracker or your database. The gateway's own memory tools never spend credits: recall, remember, checkpoints and captured IDs are free on every plan.

  • Only successful calls count. If a downstream tool errors out, the credit is refunded.
  • No rollover. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle; annual plans still meter month by month.
  • Gateway memory is never metered. The memory tools are the reason the gateway exists, so they stay free. Tulimoa Memory on its own is priced per call.

Plans

PlanCredits / monthPrice
Free25,000$0, stays free
Beta100,000Free on request under Beta
Pro250,000$29 / month or $290 / year
Scale3,000,000$99 / month or $990 / year

Annual billing gives you two months free. Prices are in USD; checkout and invoices run through Polar as merchant of record, managed under Billing. The full comparison lives on the pricing page.

When you hit the limit

At 80 percent you get a heads-up mail. The first time you ever run over, a one-time grace buffer keeps you running (5,000 extra calls on Free, 10,000 on Pro, 250,000 on Scale). After that: on Free, routed calls pause until the next month or an upgrade, while memory keeps working. On Pro and Scale you can switch on pay as you go and keep running, billed per thousand extra calls, or simply move up a plan.

In a team, members can pool their monthly credits into one shared budget; how that works is covered in Teams.

Frequent questions

What exactly is a credit?

One credit is one tool call the gateway routes to a connected tool, like your CRM, your database or your support inbox. The gateway's own memory tools are free and never spend credits.

Do memory operations really not count?

Correct. recall, remember, set_goal, checkpoint and the rest are unlimited on every plan. In practice the memory lowers your credit use, because the agent stops repeating calls it already made.

What happens when I run out of credits?

On Free, routed calls pause until the next month or until you upgrade. Memory keeps working. On Pro and Scale you can switch on pay as you go and keep running, billed per thousand extra calls, or simply move up a plan.

Do credits roll over?

No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans bill the year up front, but credits are still metered month by month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans run month to month, or year to year if you pick annual. Cancel whenever. No calls, no contracts.
